Cake Collage Card Printable

Storytime: Back when the radio station KFOG used to be a Bay Area staple they held an annual contest to design the cover for their “Live from the Archives” album, and I always entered, and often ended up in the top 10 but never won. It’s one of my enduring disappointments that KFOG went out of business before I had a chance to be on the LFTA cover (although they did license one of my designs for an “Acoustic Sunrise” sampler cover in 2003).

The album was a fundraiser for Bay Area food banks, so my designs usually combined music and food somehow, like this 2009 collage of a cake made from sheet music and cookbook pages, with security envelope sprinkles on top. I turned it into a 5×5″ printable card suitable for birthdays and other cake-related celebrations. It’s blank on the inside so you can customize it. There are a few bonus gift tags on the sheet to make the paper count.
