Overview

If you’re unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us before initiating a return or chargeback. We’re a small business and would like a chance to make things right. Once you contact us, we’ll let you know your options for a return or exchange. The policies below are general guidelines and we evaluate each return/exchange request individually, and full or partial refunds may be granted at our discretion.

General guidelines:

  • Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • We require a receipt or proof of purchase for all returns

Several types of goods cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Perishable goods such as food or plants
  • Newspapers or magazines
  • Final sale items

Refunds

  • Please do not return any items to us without contacting us first
  • If a refund is approved, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment once we receive the returned item in good condition
  • If you haven’t received an expected refund, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company. It can take several days for the refund to post to your account

Exchanges

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
